If you are trying to reach the manufacturer Forever Toys, we are not them. We  do not have any contact information for them and can not help you with your requests.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Free shipping on orders of $69.99 and above. Free shipping promotion is for the continental US only. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be charged actual shipping charges.
Orders under $69.99 are $6.95 for shipping.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, once you place your order, we will adjust your shipping charges and then send you an email for approval. We will not process your order until we receive a response back from you.

We ship Fed ex, UPS or USPS. Smaller items usually are shipped USPS. We will update your account with tracking numbers whenever available. You may receive several packages for one order. They may not all arrive at the same time.

We will ship most items to Canada. You are required to pay for additional shipping costs. Please contact us for shipping quotes.
